一、朗读 Read aloud
星期六上午，妈妈带我去社区图书馆。
xīng qī liù shàng wǔ mā ma dài wǒ qù shè qū tú shū guǎn
On Saturday morning, Mum took me to the community library.
图书馆里很安静，大家都在认真地看书。
tú shū guǎn lǐ hěn ān jìng dà jiā dōu zài rèn zhēn de kàn shū
The library was very quiet, and everyone was reading carefully.
我找到了一本关于恐龙的书，图画又大又好看。
wǒ zhǎo dào le yì běn guān yú kǒng lóng de shū tú huà yòu dà yòu hǎo kàn
I found a book about dinosaurs. Its pictures were big and beautiful.

二、看图说话 Talk about the picture
老师：请你说一说图里的情景。

Please describe what is happening in the picture.
范例：这是图书馆。图书馆里有一个大书架，书架上有很多书。一个女孩站在书架前面。另一个女孩拿着一张卡，站在柜台旁边。柜台后面坐着一位戴眼镜的阿姨。

三、会话 Conversation
情景：在图书馆里，你的同学一边吃饼干，一边大声和朋友聊天。
zài tú shū guǎn lǐ nǐ de tóng xué yì biān chī bǐng gān yì biān dà shēng hé péng you liáo tiān
In the library, your classmate is eating biscuits and chatting loudly with a friend.
老师：你觉得他这样做对吗？为什么？
nǐ jué de tā zhè yàng zuò duì ma wèi shén me
Do you think he is doing the right thing? Why?
范例：我觉得不对。图书馆里不可以吃东西，因为饼干屑会弄脏书本。大声说话也会吵到别人看书。
wǒ jué de bú duì tú shū guǎn lǐ bù kě yǐ chī dōng xi yīn wèi bǐng gān xiè huì nòng zāng shū běn dà shēng shuō huà yě huì chǎo dào bié rén kàn shū
I don't think so. We can't eat in the library, because biscuit crumbs make the books dirty. Talking loudly also disturbs people who are reading.
💡 Say 我觉得对 or 我觉得不对, then give two reasons with 因为 and 也.
老师：如果你看见了，你会怎么做？
rú guǒ nǐ kàn jiàn le nǐ huì zěn me zuò
If you saw it, what would you do?
范例：我会走过去，小声地提醒他：“这里是图书馆，请你安静一点，饼干可以到外面再吃。”
wǒ huì zǒu guò qu xiǎo shēng de tí xǐng tā zhè lǐ shì tú shū guǎn qǐng nǐ ān jìng yì diǎn bǐng gān kě yǐ dào wài miàn zài chī
I would go over and remind him quietly: "This is a library. Please be quiet. You can eat the biscuits outside."
💡 Say what you would do with 我会……, and how you would say it politely.
老师：你最喜欢看什么书？为什么？
nǐ zuì xǐ huan kàn shén me shū wèi shén me
What kind of books do you like best? Why?
范例：我最喜欢看故事书，因为故事很有趣，还可以让我学到很多新的词语。
wǒ zuì xǐ huan kàn gù shì shū yīn wèi gù shì hěn yǒu qù hái kě yǐ ràng wǒ xué dào hěn duō xīn de cí yǔ
I like storybooks best, because the stories are interesting and I can learn lots of new words.
💡 Name one kind of book, then give a reason with 因为 and add one more with 还.
老师：借来的书，我们要怎样爱护？
jiè lái de shū wǒ men yào zěn yàng ài hù
How should we look after books we borrow?
范例：我们要用书签，不可以折书页，也不可以在书上乱画。看完以后，要按时还书。
wǒ men yào yòng shū qiān bù kě yǐ zhé shū yè yě bù kě yǐ zài shū shàng luàn huà kàn wán yǐ hòu yào àn shí huán shū
We should use a bookmark, not fold the pages and not scribble in the book. When we finish, we should return it on time.
