App Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Maths Practice for Kids app ("the app"), made by Generate Worksheet (generateworksheet.com, "we"), handles information. The app is for children from K2 to Primary 6 and their families: a maths worksheet maker, interactive practice for number bonds, fractions, percentage, bar models, angles and area, flash cards and a teaching clock. Our Chinese app has its own policy, and the website has its own privacy policy.
In short: there are no accounts and no sign-in. We do not collect your child's name, email, photos, voice or anything else that identifies them. Settings and practice choices stay on the device. The app does not use the camera or the microphone. It shows child-safe, non-personalised ads from Google AdMob.
1. What stays on the device
The app keeps a few things in its own storage on the device, so a child can carry on where they left off. None of it is sent to us or anyone else:
- the school year, activity and number of questions last chosen on each practice page
- worksheet maker settings such as the colour theme and the topics ticked
Answers typed during practice are checked inside the app and are not stored or sent anywhere. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in Android Settings, deletes everything it kept.
2. Printing
When you tap Print, the app hands the worksheet to Android's own print screen. From there you choose a printer or Save as PDF; the worksheet goes only where you send it. We never receive a copy.
3. Camera, microphone and speech
The app does not use the camera or the microphone and does not record anyone's voice. On the website, the flash cards can listen to a spoken answer; that option is not available in the app.
4. Advertising
The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob, which is certified for Google Play's Families program. We set every ad request to be:
- child-directed (treated under COPPA and similar laws) and for users under the age of consent
- non-personalised: no ads based on a child's interests or past activity
- limited to content rated General (suitable for all ages)
A banner appears only on the home screen. A full-screen ad can appear only after a round of practice is finished, at most once every few minutes and never in the first minutes of using the app, never while a child is answering. To deliver ads, count them and prevent fraud, Google may receive limited technical information such as the device's IP address (which gives an approximate location), app and device information and ad interactions. 5. Internet and links
Everything in the app works offline. The app uses the internet only to load ads. Links to pages on generateworksheet.com (such as this one) open in the device's web browser, where the website's own privacy policy applies.
6. No analytics, no selling
The app has no analytics or tracking of its own. We do not sell, rent or share any information about you or your child.
7. Children's privacy
The app is designed for children and follows Google Play's Families policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's personal information has reached us, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
If the app starts handling information differently, we will update this page and its date before the change reaches the app.
