💡 还是 (still) after a difficulty goes with 尽管 (even though).

💡 不仅 (not only) is followed by 还 (but also) adding one more good thing.

💡 否则 (otherwise) tells what will happen if you don't do the first part.

💡 甚至 (even) comes before the most surprising part, often with 连……都.

💡 只有 always pairs with 才.

💡 否则 tells the bad thing that will happen; food going 凉 (cold) is that bad result, not 热 (hot).
