This is a free worksheet generator for children aged 6 to 12. Tick the topics you want in the sidebar, set an age and a number of questions, and it builds a printable worksheet with an answer key — no account, no download, no watermark. Because the questions are generated fresh each time rather than pulled from a fixed PDF, you can print practice on the same topic every day for weeks without a child seeing the same question twice.
Over eighty problem types across six subject areas. You can tick a single type for focused practice or combine as many as you like on one mixed sheet — useful for revision, and closer to how school assessments are actually laid out.
Number and operations — addition, subtraction, multiplication and division drills with configurable digit sizes; long division laid out in bus-stop steps; order of operations; place value; number bonds; doubling and halving; skip counting; odd and even; estimation and rounding; negative numbers; decimals; factor trees; Roman numerals.
Word problems — single-step and multi-step story problems, plus dedicated multiplication and division scenarios, with names and quantities randomised on every print.
Fractions and proportion — visual fraction models, comparing and equivalent fractions, addition with unlike denominators, percentages and ratio.

Nine question types matching the format of grammar school entrance exams: letter sequences, analogies, odd one out, word codes, synonyms, antonyms, hidden words, letter connections and compound word formation.
The age setting does more than change the size of the numbers. Each generator branches into three tiers and produces genuinely different problems, so you do not need to switch topics as a child grows — just move the age setting.
Small numbers, single operations, concrete everyday scenarios. Shapes are named and counted; time is to the hour and half hour; reading passages are short and literal.
Two-step problems, larger numbers, the start of abstraction. Shapes gain angles and symmetry; time moves to five-minute intervals; comprehension introduces inference.
Multi-step reasoning, statistics and probability, percentages and ratio, algebra-style equations, and area of composite figures.
The same topic checkbox therefore produces three quite different worksheets. A shapes sheet at age 6 asks a child to identify a triangle; at age 11 it asks for the area of a composite figure. If a worksheet feels wrong, changing the age is usually a better fix than changing the topic.

Print sends only the worksheet to the printer — the controls, banners, sidebar and this text are all excluded automatically, and the answer key starts on its own page so you can print questions alone if you prefer. To keep a worksheet rather than print it, choose “Save as PDF” as the destination in the print dialog.
For screen work, tick Do Online. Supported problem types become a multiple-choice quiz that marks itself and shows a score, which suits a tablet or a car journey. Visual and free-writing types — handwriting, tracing, drawing-based matching — stay print-only, because there is no meaningful way to answer them with a tap.
Short and frequent beats long and occasional. Fifteen or twenty problems several times a week does more than a hundred once a fortnight, because recall is built by retrieving something often rather than by grinding through it once.
Mix topics rather than always drilling one. A child working through a page of nothing but fractions can pattern-match to the topic heading without reading each question; the same problems mixed with others force the question to be read.
Regenerate rather than reprinting. Clicking again gives a fresh set of questions on the same settings, which is the whole point — a child who repeats an identical worksheet is practising recall of answers, not of the method.
Mark the method, not just the answer. A wrong answer with sound reasoning tells you more, and discourages less, than a right answer arrived at by guessing.
Most printable worksheet sites are libraries: a fixed set of files, each one a fixed set of questions. That works once. The second time a child meets the same sheet they are recalling answers rather than practising the method, and the third time they are simply bored.
Generating on demand solves a practical problem rather than a technical one. If a child needs a fortnight of daily practice on subtraction with borrowing, that is fourteen different sheets — no library holds enough variation for that on every topic at every age. Here the numbers, names, objects and orderings are redrawn each time, so the supply does not run out.
It also means you can respond to what you actually see. If Tuesday’s sheet showed that the problem is two-step word problems rather than arithmetic, Wednesday’s sheet can be exactly that, at exactly the right age band, in about thirty seconds.
A few things live on their own pages because they do not fit the tick-a-topic model. The interactive teaching clock lets a child drag the hands and see the time update, which is the step most children need before clock worksheets make sense. The quick print page skips the settings entirely: one click generates a worksheet and opens the print dialog, for when there is no time to configure anything.
There are also separate generators for Malay, Tamil, Tagalog, Indonesian and Chinese characters. Each has question banks written specifically for that language rather than translated from English, because vocabulary, grammar and proverbs do not survive translation into a useful worksheet. A kindergarten generator covers ages 4 to 5, below the range of the main tool.
